I was wondering if this forum could help. We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Today my wife clicked the button button to pull the driver's seat forward to put our child in the back seat. Something happened and now the seat won't go back into position. The back stays in the forward position and the bottom seat just slides back and forth, not clicking into position. Unfortunately, we cannot even get in the car now and drive it so we'll need to get it towed to be looked at. We called the dealer to see if they could fix, but I was wondering if anyone has had this issue and if so, how much would it be to fix if the dealer won't help us.

Did you look to see if something might be under the seat that shouldn't be there jamming the lock so it won't lock?
