Much of my situation is very similar to yours. I'm older, wife wants a travel trailer, the Jeep is limited in towing capacity and I'm 6'6", so finding something small enough to tow is also going to be too small to comfortably eat, sleep, cook in, right? Trust me, I've been researching this for quite some time, and here's a couple of my recommendations: R-Pod RP-192 (has a 60x80 queen bed): https://forestriverinc.com/rvs/travel-trailers/r-pod/RP-192/5158 Flagstaff E-Pro E19FBS (also has an 80" queen): https://forestriverinc.com/rvs/travel-trailers/flagstaff-e-pro/E19FBS/3556 Most queens in travel trailers are only 74", and both of the above, manufactured by Forest River, are the smallest they have with an 80" bed. Casita Independence (the only travel trailer they make with an 82" bed): https://casitatraveltrailers.com/independence/ I like this one only because I think teardrop trailers are cool and have that retro look. Not to mention you can order them to match your Jeep. Comes with an 80" queen at about 3200 lbs. (dry). GVWR is 4100 lbs. https://golittleguy.com/lg-max/
