Remote start problem with the MPC 3642

I installed the MPC remote starter kit Model # 3642 on mu 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK and it worked like a charm. Now neither FOB will work, no unlock, lock or remote start. The "you left your key in the igntion" bell rings with the key out of ignition when you open the drivers door and will not stop until you close the door. Should i unhook the unit? Is there a way to reset it?
