HERE IS WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS... MY ISSUE ENDED UP BEING THE TURN SIGNAL/ HEAD LIGHT SWITCH. THE WIPER SWITCH PLUGS INTO THE TURN SIGAL SWITCH FIRST THEN THAT SWICH PLUGS INTO THE MAIN HARNESS
