Rear bumper w/tire carrier

I'm in the market for a rear bumper with a tire carrier and a tow rated hitch. Most bumpers with hitches say they are not rated for towing. The only one I've found that meets all 3 criteria I'm looking for is the Smittybilt XRC Gen 1 (link below). But, I'm a fan of options before spending $500+. So, does anybody know of any other options? Or have anything to say about the bumper in question?

Edit: I do believe the other smittybilt bumers also have rated tow hitches but I'm not sure the extra price is worth the few additions to them above the Gen 1.

I already have they bumpers but look up crawler concepts. I’m going purchase one tomorrow with tailgate tire carrier option. I have 40” tires and it works with them which are far and between.
