does anyone have any experience with a 2013 touch screen radio suddenly losing display? All I can see is colored vertical lines - the "touch" still works but I can't see what I am touching. i read that you could hold the power and tune buttons simultaneously - but my power button IS my tune button?

the only other random thing that has started to happen is it is sometimes now flipped open as if waiting for a CD to be loaded when we get in the car.

I do not have any experience it but I think that LCD is connecting with main body via flat cable. You can check the connection and clean that flat cable to take the radio out.

Hi

Did you ever found a solution for this? My 2013 is doing exactly the same!

The solution is to replace the factory head unit with a much better quality aftermarket unit.
Thank you for the response - that was my initial thought to replace it with an aftermarket. Appreciate the time to respond to my question. I am looking at the

SMARTNavi 8″ PREMIUM Android 10 System with the Kicker Upgrade Speaker system
