Quick question from newbie owner

Just purchased my first Jeep Wrangler and wondered what this bolt is that is coming out of the center of the spare tire. I don’t see this on other jeeps. Maybe the previous owner used it for something? Can I have it removed? Thank you!

Looks like a bicycle rack holder mount? I've seen these on Jeeps without a hitch. I can't tell from your pictures if you have a hitch or not. Either way, you can remove it.

Might be the base of a CB or GMRS radio antenna. You can remove it. Seeing it without the wheel might help ID.
