Problems with starting

I have 2009 jeep wrangler and my management system immobiliser has a fault and the local dealer can not support the problem. The management system has been sent away to delete the immobiliser but they are unable to do it. Has anyone else had this problem and how was it fixed. I have had her from new she only has 90k miles on the clock x

Hi Xave.
Did you have any luck with the faulty?
My 2009 3.8 jk has developed a immobiliser fault , so I was wondering if you managed to find a fix.
