Vriendelijk bedankt

Oh damn!

Lol Google translate :

Hello everyone. I am just new to Rob here, I am the proud owner of a Wrangler jk 2007, I see a lot of knowledge about this car with you. That is why I want to present my problem. I have a wiper that does not go out when it is at zero only when the ignition is switched off. Friendly thanks

I am not sure I understand what you're saying. Your wiper won't turn off when you turn off the vehicle?
I think he means the wiper doesn't stop when he switches it to the off position. Only when he turns off the car.. but that's me trying to understand a google translation, so he might just as well be asking a total different question hahaha

That makes sense. Well, if this is the case, my guess is that it would likely have to do with a fault MFS (Multi-Function Switch).

Chris, I side with you regarding the multi-function switch and considering the age of the Jeep he has it is likely worn out.

Those can be replaced, and one should start with the switch first to see if that is the culprit. One should consider that some multi-function switchers operate in different manners, even if from the same model year is involved.

Based on my observation with my own JK, I would before getting used to it, hit it with my fingertips as I turned the wheel; because of how close it is to the edge of the radio stack. My Alpine X409 is larger than the original radio stack so the distance shrunk.

Rob, is your vehicle modded in some fashion with the switch being possibly "hit" by one's hand on occasion? Might be some wear and tear from that too.

Yep, the same thing happened on my TJ, except it was the fog lights that started randomly turning on-and-off. Turns out the MFS had worn out, and replacing it with a new one fixed the issue. Since the wipers are controlled by the MFS, this would be my first guess.
