Power window malfunctioning

I have a 2011 unlimited Sport. The front driver side and passenger side windows can not be rolled up at the same time. Both windows can be rolled down though. For example; if my driver side is rolled up and passenger is rolled down, if I try and roll up passenger side (with passenger switch), the driver side will come down instead and then the passenger side will come down. It does the same thing with the driver side. They both can be rolled down at the same time. If I try and roll them up at the same time, they both become inoperable.
Someone suggested it was likely a computer issue. I bought a new one and replaced it last night and it did not fix the issue.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Appreciate it!

Maybe relay is failing. Look at your fuse box and there should be a label for windows. It is a square in shape, pull that thing out and go to O'reillys or Napa and show it to the guys.
 
This sounds like one for the dealer, but I actually wouldn't rule out the switch on the dash itself.
