Mine rusted away on my 2013. I took it to the local hack shop and had them blow away what was left of the the studs and replace with bolt and nut. They thought it was no big deal and it didn't cost much. On my dodge dakota I used 2 of something like this. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0015KUC5W/?tag=jkforum-20 You would use one above the manifold flange and one below the converter flange. You would need to measure to make sure of the diameters and if there is enough space. Edit: If you go the clamp route, buy them at the local auto parts store for easy exchange when you find the size isn't quite right. And you will have to buy a couple of #8 bolts that are long enough.
