Passenger side wheel sticks out or looks turned but driver wheel is perfectly straight

I was working on the Jeep today and I noticed looking from the front of the Jeep the driver side wheel is completely straight and the passenger side looks toed out some , the Jeep also pulls to the right and always has and I’ve been having issues trying to solve the pulling problem

Sounds like it needs a alignment and the steering components checked.

Tie rod. Both sides should have a very slight toe in.

If you get alignment, get all 4 aligned so front and rear tra the same. Agree on tie rods.
