Fixed my rusty Bestop bumpers today. First removed the plastic plates. Replaced bolts with stainless steel bolts I bought off Amazon. Ground & sanded the rust. Primed the raw metal with some rust primer from Lowes. Then today I painted it with the Herculiner DIY bedliner textured paint. I used scotch pads to rough it up. Then masked the edges. Used a brush to cut in the edges. Then a textured roller to even out the texture. Turned out pretty good!
