Does anyone have a work around for replacing the oil pressure sensor on a 2013 jeep wrangler JK with a 3.6 pentastar engine besides removing upper and lower intake? Thank you in advance

I don't have a workaround for you. IF YOU DO get in there, I recommend changing spark plugs, and replacing the entire oil cooler assembly. It comes with oil sensors already attached. The oil cooler can leak oil and coolant. I've been down there 3 times for these repairs and wish I had done them all at once!

There is no work around. The pressure sensor is located under the upper and lower, behind the oil cooler and oil temp sensor.
I would also recommend replacing the entire assembly as Martial suggested. It'll be more expensive, but it's a few less times you'll have to dismantle the top of the motor.
