O2 sensor question

Ordered ntk sensors to fit my 2007 rubicon. My stock ones are 4 wire. Ones I received are 3 wire. Immediately threw code for heated circuit. My question is I guess I definitely need the 4 wire correct? Thanx in advance

Been a couple of years since I bought mine but you need the same as the Factory ones are, here is where I bought mine and they were the correct ones.
