I have a 2007 JK and this has been happening to me intermittently for a year or so. Recently it started happening every time I tried to start the Jeep. I saw a post in another forum with a solution I hadn't seen before. Get a 4-0 Guage wire, connect it to the negative post on the battery and the other end to the alternator. I did it today and it has started right up every time.
