Picked up this XCR gen 2 for 300 bucks
Brought it home , refurbed it and added the blue on the skid pads . Thing is beef and looks great !

Did it come with the skid pads or is that something you came up with? Not sure I've seen those before.

It comes with them .. they are designed to take the hits from rocks as to not damage your steel ..
once they wear out you can bolt on new ones ...
what’s cool is you can simply paint them to accent your rig or whatever you like

Gotcha! So I assume they are made out of a hard plastic or polymer?
 
Damn those things cost a lot. Least you didn’t buy it

I bought my grill on Extreme Terrain's open box for about $50.00 it was missing some hardware and I just used some from my stock grill to replace what was missing.
