From my experience most feedback in the stereo come from routing power and signal together. Is there any spots where the Aux cable runs with power associated to the headlights? Are these the standard head lights or the ones with the LED halo? It could be the location of the LED controller as well if so equipped. If the noise was continuous while the radio was in use and headlights on I would say it’s issue with the speaker wiring. Very strange it’s only when you use the Aux input. Just for clarity, what are you using as the input in the Aux? Scott
