Minimal height requirements

I'm purchasing 20×10 x 18 gloss black fuel pump (assault).
My question is what tire size and minimal height requirements is sufficient? Just road driving!
I would love 💘 some different pics with this rim size set up😉
 
20x12 Fuel Assault on a JK.
This JK has a 3" lift. The front of the tire looks pretty close to the bumper, and this isn't a factory bumper.

This is another JK with what looks to be more of a factory bumper. See the front of the tire and its proximity to the bumper? I'd almost be more comfortable with a stubby with so little clearance:
