Matching 5th Wheel

Was wondering if I could get some assistance in matching my rims. Recently purchased Wrangler #2 and it came with some decent rims and tires but the previous owner left the spare stock. Wanting to see if I can get around buying 5 new rims and tires and just get the 1 set! Attached a photo of the 4 main(s) below.

Maybe, GEAR BlackJack Rims. Should be a number on the back side. Search that so you can get the width and offset. I hope that helps.

So you want to unload what you currently have and plan on replacing them with 5 fresh new wheels and tires?

They look like Gear Blackjacks, without the central cover over the lugs:
