I had an '07 with the ngs370. It was a piece of crap! While I couldn't attest to the previous owners care, that tranny is known to have some issues. Others have had zero issues, so who knows.
I know I'll never own another as you can't get all of the parts to rebuild them. Even the dealerships can't. My bro-in-law is a mechanic for a stealer and they had a guy in a rental for over 3 months and finally put in a 'refurbished' unit. I had to wonder how refurbished it actually was, lol. Good luck!
