My son is getting ready to purchase a 2009 JKU Sport that came from the factory with half doors so it never had any power windows. The current owner traded the half doors for four full doors with power windows and power locks. You would think Jeep would use the same wiring harness even if the model did not need those capabilities but instead, they had a 2-pin connector at each door that seems to have been for activating the dome light.
Has anyone done this conversion and if so, where did you source the male connectors that the door connectors plug into? The current owner installed the window switches in the center of the console and has the harness that plugs into the switches. This has a power and a ground and two wires for each switch to power window up or window down. So getting wires to the correct doors should not be two big of a problem but other than cutting them out of a junked JKU I have been unable to find them online.
