Looking for a Write Up on Rear Main Seal

Got a '13 JKU with 3.6l. Manual Trans. Dealership narrowed my oil leak down to the rear main seal and I'm in agreement with this. I was curious if anyone has seen a write up on how to do one. I mainly want something so I know I'll be good. Yes, I know transmission needs dropped, but so does the Upper oil pan. I really don't want to use multiple write ups to do do this.

Hey Swan, did you find any good resources? I've got my oil pan off and my transmission jack ready, just looking for a good step by step resource.
