Hello!
I am looking at purchasing my dream car! I entered the Jeep family in 2017, with a renegade. Now, I’m looking at a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Saharra. It had 77k miles on it, and I was wondering if this is something that should deter me? It has everything I want in it that my renegade has that I have gotten used to (heated seats, remote start, blue tooth...they were things I never had before!). I’m just wondering if that mileage is something to be concerned about. It had two owners before, no accidents. I haven’t actually gone to see it yet due to COVID-19, everything has been over the phone. I just want to know if I’m wasting my time.

Don't be deterred by that at all. Mine is a 2016 and had 75k when I bought it. Haven't had any major issues, and runs like a champ. What matters most is if the underside is rust free and if it's been taken care of and regularly serviced.

Any chance you can post a link to the vehicle so we can check it out for you and give our thoughts / opinions?

Thank you for your response! can’t post a link because carmax put it on hold for me, so even i can’t look at it anymore until i physically go look at it.

Well, if you do end up getting it, post some photos.

CarMax usually doesn't sell anything bad (the thoroughly inspect them), so I suspect you'll be fine. It sounds like a solid buy to me.

What is the sticker price?

With that mileage it spent a lot of its life on the highway.
Look underneath for evidence of off road damage.
It would be best to get one that has not been modified.
If lifted your really have to take it to a real jeep expert before.

My 2013 has ~125k, but those are highway, not stop and go or crawling. So far zero problems.
Mine being 7 years old had cosmetic problems like the rear window defroster wire, only one key ,seat lever.
The dealer took care of everything I listed so everything was ready out the door.
