I have a 50" 952watt light on my cab. At 952 watts it comes out to 79amps. ...the fuse panel that came with the Xprite switch panel has 40 amp relays...are they sufficient or is there something im missing in the whole process. So the 40 amp relay will run an 80amp lightbar? I have the proper wire gauge based on the chart i found. Just concerned about how to wire 80amps to a 40amp relay? Thats the wire chart I used, fuse and switch panels. According to the amperage of the lights i stepped up a size on wire. Thanks for reading.

Also it came with a harness. Just no instructions so it looks like it belongs on a spaceship. Obviously thats the one i need to use but I wasn't following the design. So i bought wire.

Your light bar is bigger then then the shown on the Jeep in the picture. It's probably a 40A light bar since it's about 1/2 the size.

I just have my light bar direct from the battery to a switch then to the light bar and have no issues. In your switch for the light bar just don't use the relay and wire around it.
