What are your plans for the JK? Is it just a DD or a Offroad machine, flattop fenders will gain you a few inches along with the puck you might be good for a DD. Depending on a lift and how high you go you can run into alot of money.
Your Rubicon should have 4.10 gears and with 35's you should be ok for a DD. You'll also need to recalibrate your speedometer.

It is a dd and I have I build plane for 40’s once it is not. I am just trying to be able to do some snow wheeling this year and follow the friends running 37+ and get to camp.
I have pucks and am running that exact tire size. It was like that when I bought it. I have not done any heavy off-roading but can’t imagine it being an issue even if I did. Have only had my Jeep for a few thousand miles but all is good. I was honestly going to switch the pucks out for springs but can’t come up with a reason to spend that $$.
