JKU bellhousing and axle leaks?

New to the group. I am a current TJ owner but have been looking at a 2015 JKU Sport with 68k. I realize it won’t be perfect but should I be concerned? (See pics). I understand how quickly jeeps can empty your pockets but I’d rather not have to turn right around and think more money into this one.

Looks like the rear main seal is leaking and someone put plugs in the holes so it wouldn't drip. common issue some have had to deal with.
