For about 2 weeeks now my dash has been making this noise and I can’t figure it out what it is it usually stops making the noise after I shut the heat off too

Is there a different way for them to upload that? I would like to listen and help, but I'm not downloading anything to my computer.

As stated though, based on general jeep knowledge, the blend door, which is the flap that directs where the cabin air comes from can fail. Sometimes it's just a computer thing, sometimes mechanical.

My old 14 (rip) occasionally had an issue where the directional door wouldn't move properly and I would have to shut down the jeep, pull a particular fuse, wait 10 seconds, then replace the fuse and it would work fine after that.

I was a fuse that had a plastic retainer where you only pulled it a bit out, but that would break the circuit. I think it was J2.. but it could have been J4 or any other fuse letter. Been a few years since I owned that jeep.

i got no idea how to upload it like your saying

yeah, it wants me to download.

Are you on an Apple? I think .MOV are made by them usually and their stuff never plays nice with other things.

Sorry, apple rant done.

Use the info I provided in the post. I'm unsure how the sound, unless it's something very specific, would change my advice.

That being said, you could try and describe the sound.

Sounds like your blower motor. Does the sound change when you turn the fan speed faster or slower? My blower motor made that sound in my WJ. I pulled the blower and put a dab of gun oil on the bearings. Gun oil is all I had at the time.
