[QUOTE="WestCoastDan, post: 446346, member: 23120"] Our Rubicon came equipped with a power inverter in/under the center console. The power outlet is quite inconveniently located on the front side of the console, behind the cup holders. I'm wondering if anyone has added an AC outlet, plug, cord, etc. to extend the the AC power to the rear of the vehicle? I believe it might be very useful to have an outlet near the tailgate for things like a blender when tailgating, camping, etc. I was planning on making it a permanent install like the 12V outlet on some models, but may just run an extension cord under the carpet and leave it unplugged under one of the front seats for when I need to use it...
