So i got a seicane radio 10in touchscreen so far all seems to be good but when connected to bluetooth i get calls they can hear me but i cant hear them plz help

We are going to need quite a bit more information in order to help, if we can. This is probably not a jeep thing, but a radio company thing. I'm not sure how many here, if any, have a radio like that, so we are going to have to work off whatever information you give us.

beyond that, how is the radio supposed to pick up your voice? is it via a separate mic or something built into the headunit?

So ive seen videos and ive looked everywhere not that much info for what im looking for. The product it self didnt come with instructions on how to install it had to go by videos on youtube. I was able to set up rear camera. It has a built in mic but it has an option for another one. But everything is working fine. I can connect my phone to it which is also android but my problem is that when i get a call or call someone they seem to hear me but i cant hear them if they speak . But if i go to youtube or go on the radio i can hear everything the issue is only when its in a call i cant hear the other person. The product came with a manual but it doesnt talk about any issues like this . My jeep is a 2013 sahara

So if im on a phone call via bluetooth i cant hear the other caller but i can hear music from the radio i did try to play youtube music from my phone via bluetooth but i couldnt seem to be able to but the system itself does have the youtube app and spotify but it would only work in the system if i try it from my phone on bluetooth i couldnt seem to be able to do it . Hope you understand what im saying
Looking at the website you provided there is a long review that mentions something about having to change the wiring to get the phone calls to work. Look to that post, hopefully you can figure out what he is talking about.
There was a scary amount of google translate 'reviews' on the product. One even praising the customer supports English ability with pretty bad English.
We've had a few posts on these types of radios and I don't think we have ever been able to solve their problems. Like many products of this type, there are dozens of similar products created in either the same factory, or using the same components and then sold under different names. quality and functionality are all over the place, making it almost impossible for us to be much help. The jeep is being the best jeep it can be and this is not a jeep problem.
That being said, I'm willing to try as best I can. Many of us are not on here everyday, so if you don't figure it out bump the post after a couple days. The forums is active enough that a post can get buried really fast.
