How can I get the 2013 TPMS sensors to communicate with the 2014 wheels and tires?

I bought a 2014 Rubicon to replace my 2013 Sport, but want to put the wheels and tires from the 2013 on the 2014 before I sell the 2013. What is involved in getting all the TPMS sensors to talk to the different Jeep they will be installed on? Can I do it with a cheap TPMS tool like a U508.

They are both the same frequency so just swap them like you want to.
