How much lift my Jeep Wrangler JK has?

Alright, I have read forum after forum after forum and I really think I may be more confused now than I was in the beginning! So, I have a 2008 JK X Sport with BFG LT305/70R17's.
The measurements that I have come up with are:
Front sway bar 8"
Front spring 14"
Front shock 21"
Front shock extension 2 1/2"
Rear sway bar 11"
Rear spring 14"
Rear shock 21 1\2"
Bump stop extension 2"

Yes I did and that was the way I did my measurements.

I sympathize. I've had the same confusion with mine. A 14-inch spring suggests about 4.5 inches. What size tires are you running.
