What are they going for on your local Craigslist? That's always a good indicator in terms of what you can sell it for. I've found they range in price from state-to-state. Here in Oregon they go for $1000 plus due to how often it rains. However, in sunny states from California, I've seen them as low as $500!
Craigslist is always the best place to look for what people are asking, then price yours comparably (or cheaper).
