Will high top flares fit my 2016 Wrangler Unlimited?

Do you mean the Mopar ones? To my knowledge, it's been discontinued, both for the 2dr & 4dr (4dr had a different rear flare because it needed a cutout for the fuel filler).

Those are for a JL. I wouldn't think so, but I don't have firsthand knowledge.
