Help with wiring led lights (relay questions)

Hi Everyone!

I got a set of auxiliary LED lights for my bull bar on my 17 jku. I also got a wiring harness off of Amazon link below). I’m really confused with the relay... does the relay need to be bolted to something? I’m assuming that the tab on it with the hole in it is meant for it to be bolted to some sort of ground but I’m kinda lost. Please forgive me if this is too basic of a question.

Yes the relay should be bolted using the hole to something so that it's not bouncing around.

Thanks! Is it ok if I zip tie it to something or does bolting it act as a ground?

No the relay ground is the terminal right above the Fuse holder in the wiring picture, a zip tie will work.
