Has anyone tried contacting hikeit customer support? I’ve been trying to call. The address on the website is a Delaware address but the phone number on their website is a NY number, no one answered 3 times I called and I got a text this morning from someone from an Australia number?? Where is this company actually located?

Yeah I know, sounds sketchy to me too. I see people on these forums and YouTube that use the hikeit controller and never heard one thing about it being a sketchy company...Sounds a bit sketchy to me
I mean I know they are good since people use them, it just seems like the customer service may be non-existent.
The parent company is Masten Enterprises out of Victoria, Australia.
You're not the first to have customer service issues. I suggest, if you do social media (I do not) contacting them thru their Facebook page and enter comments on their Visitor Posts- looks like they respond pretty quick.

Oh yea most Business don't like a complaint put out in the Public for everyone to see if they want to stay in Buisness.
