Has anyone painted the black factory fender flares?

Has anyone tried to paint the stock textured black fenders to match the body color? Or what is the best fender that is similar to the stock width that can be painted to match?

I re-painted mine black, still looks plastic but at not faded at least!

If you want to paint them and have it look good, you need to sand them until they are 100% smooth, which is going to take some elbow grease for sure
