Hi all. I bought a top yesterday from a junk yard that was not self serve. They brought the top out and I noticed a few things. Once I got home with it there was way more damage then I thought (see photos). Anyways I was wondering if there are anyways to get them repaired (and how much) or should I just return it to the place at that point?...

Don't take it back because they'll want their money back, too. Well, I mean, they did pay you to take it off their hands, right?

Seriously, someone who knows how to do fiberglass repair would probably charge you more to fix the damage I see in your photos than you paid for the top.

Do you have a top now? A soft top and you're wanting a hard top?

I think it would cost way more to repair then you probably paid for it. Hope they are a honest business and refund your money and not say you did the damage.

Yes. I have a soft top that leaks really bad and I don’t want to spend the money on a new soft top while I can be saving for a hard top. If I take it back they said they will refund me for the top which was 1400.

Yes they said they will refund up to 90 days.
Good.
Why don't you list the particulars for your Jeep and I'm sure you'll have some folks here keeping an eye out for you:
Year
Model (2 or 4 drs)
Where in Texas are you and how far are you willing to drive for it?
Budget?

Yes, take it back! As others have said, that is WAY too much for all the damage.
Also, these tops are not fiberglass. They are SMC and require a specific epoxy designed for SMC for the repair to last, and it's pretty expensive. I got a free top for our TJ that had quite a bit of damage and researched what it would take and cost to repair. I'm still debating whether I want to attempt it or not.🤔
