Novak Conversions Jeep Wrangler JK engine mounts

Engine Knock Question. Whats your thoughts/recommendations?

Knock/tick started a lil while back(month or so) when first started the car then went away seconds later at idle.

Now once warmed up and driven for a couple mins engine knock/tick increases with acceleration but goes away 2k or above. Oil light was randomly going on/off for the last week or so. I have seen very small amounts under jeep when parked for a few days.

Want to get it looked at but assuming for the worst... what kinda cost am I looking at for a rebuild or maybe swapping in a used engine?

I live in Clinton Township, MI 48035. Any recommended mechanics in the area would be appreciated. Thx in advance.
 
First thing I would do is to put a oil pressure gauge on to see what it is. Have you checked to see if the oil is full?

Oil is full, I added some earlier today for good measure and checked it again a min ago. Not sure on how to check pressure.

I took a quick video of said knock/tick. I also did a quick scan with torque...

On my 2013 3.6L the O2 sensor voltage high cause the computer to go very lean on that bank, which starved it of gas, which caused a P0300.
If torque allows you to graph O2 sensor volts, set up a screen to watch all 4 sensors.
sensor 1 on both side should fluctuated between near 0 and 1.
sensor 2 should ride pretty steady around .7

On mine it was just the connector of the O2 sensor wasn't making good contact. Look at your fuel trims. When the problem occurred on my 3.6 the Long and Short fuel trims were like -30 on the effected bank.
Fuel trims should be zero +- 5 if everything is working right.
