My 2013 JK was going into limp mode but after driving like 20 mins. I replaced the TCM and had it programmed at dealership. I'm still getting Check engine light and gave me P0731 Fault and U0414 codes. Along with several other tire sensor faults. Any suggestions?

If it was mine i'd delete the TPMS and that would get rid of one of the lights.

It does not have stock tires, but does have stock gears. Jeep came with 33x12.50/20
Check your speedometer with a GPS to see if it's reading correctly, you might need to recalibrate the Speedometer if it's off to much.
