Took my doors off my 2012 jk 2 door. I think it’s the first time they have ever been removed- was a real pain in the butt. Will this be easier next time? Guess I’ll grease up the hinges really well and hope for the best next. Enjoy having the doors off but if it’s that hard every time - think I’ll leave them on. Would changing hinge bushes do anything?

If they've not been off in over 10 years then yea, you probably want to get some delrin bushings.
