Hey all, I replaced the door hinge bushings on my 16' JKU Sahara and took a ride with the doors of while I had them all off. When i put the doors back on all doors went in perfectly but i noticed the drivers side top hinge wasn't sitting flush together... but the bottom was. The door seemed to be in the right place and shutting fine so i figured it would pull into place when i tightened the nut, i was wrong. SNAP. the bottom threads snapped off into the nut. I ordered a new hinge from Jeep but id like to get it figured out before i install the new one. Its definitely closer but still not flush. I did take the door off and put it back on a few times to see if it would correct itself but no such luck. The first pic is from before tightening it, it definitely looks like its not going in straight but it could be the angle. The second is the lower hinge, which is sitting flush. I just went and looked again to take some more photos and checked out where the hinges connect to the body and it does look like the top one has shifted, am I correct? Also I've been getting a water leak through the door, I'm now assuming this is the cause, does that sound right?
