I took it my jk to a shop & they told me the front left trailing arm needs to be replaced. Another mechanic told that the trailing arm is the control arm and I recently replaced the control arms a month ago. I need to know what's the real issue, please help if anyone can!!!

Jeeps don't have trailing arms, they have control arms.
Someone has clearly mistaken a control arm for a trailing arm. It sounds like it is bent though.
Please post some photos of your front left control arm so we can see what it looks like.
