It also has a surprisingly clear and responsive screen and the menu/settings are super simple to navigate. The sound is noticeably better as well, and it has the Alpine system. The first unit had a bad rear cam input and Crutchfield sent a replacement right away. I used Crutchfield and also payed the 25 bucks for the ready harness service which makes it pretty much plug and play. I had to run the Bluetooth mic cord and the wires and video cable to the back for the cam, but it was no problem. I'd give the radio a 7/10 so far, but can't recommend Crutchfield enough! It comes with everything needed and the tech support, shipping, and communications with those guys were outstanding! I don't think you'd be dissapointed. But if you were, Crutchfield has a 60 day no questions asked return policy (which I have used on other equipment purchases with zero issues). Give it a shot!
First post! Saw this thread and thought id share. I just installed the Boss BE9ACP-C with the floating head unit in our 2017 JKU. I will say that it's pretty sweet as you can adjust the height up/down, and of course swivel it.
