They do look fuel with the Allen wrench lug nut cover. I’d take this to Discount Tire and see if they know

Yeah, really can't see the axle cap very well in the photo- that would make all the difference.
I was looking more at the fake beadlock pattern and the spoke design.

I agree. I've seen those wheels before on a number of vehicles, I just don't know for sure who makes them. Looks like a Fuel wheel to me though.

I agree, they aren’t the fuel hostage, but they look a lot like them
