I have the factory 18 inch Sahara wheels on my jk. I would like to put on some 275/70-18 tires...I have a teraflex leveling kit installed...my question is, do I need to use wheel spacers?
Do I need to run wheel spacers with 275/70R18 tires on factory wheels?

No, you shouldn't need spacers. It may rub a tiny bit at full lock, but unless you're doing some serious tight turns, you'll never know.
