Cooling System Problems - Leaking from multiple spots that has never leaked before

So I was working on my jeep all day to flush the cooling system. Pulled the radiator petcock and took off the radiator cap. (No problems)
Once all the coolant was drained I removed the top radiator hose and replaced the thermostat and thermostat housing, and put the radiator hose back on. (Still No problems)
Then I put the petcock back into the radiator and filled the cooling system to full with distilled water and some cooling system cleaner. (No problems)
I then disconnected the battery completely and replaced the Coolant Sensor (This is where the problem started)
Once the new coolant sensor was installed, I opened the Radiator cap to make sure the radiator was still full.
Once the cap was off all I heard was a flood of fluids from beneath my jeep.
I look under my jeep and it was leaking water from 4 different places.

What would be the cause/solution for this problem? [This is on a wrangler unlimited '08 if that makes a difference

Nothing was leaking from anywhere with or without the radiator cap on all day, until the coolant sensor was replaced

I'll have to check tomorrow
Did you look to see were it was leaking from
I'll have to check tomorrow to verify specifically where the water is leaking from, it looks like 4 different spots, hopefully its just from one spot that is splitting

Did a quick look with a flashlight cuz its getting dark, Looks like the Coolant Sensor itself is leaking, at least looking from under the vehicle the most water is coming from beneath that area. Maybe the threads from replacing the Coolant sensor got messed up or maybe I need to put some kind of sealant on the new coolant sensor?

Sounds like you are on the right path is it possible you cross threaded the sensor. Be careful with thread sealer on sensors some use the threads as the ground and sealer can mess that up

The new one I installed is I think mostly metal except at the top where the connector attaches. If the threads were messed up how would I know/Is it fixable?

The coolant temp sensor should be brass and if you take it out you will be able to look at the threads and tell if it went in straight or cross threaded
