I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara the 6panel switch was not working upon taking the dash apart I found that the connector from the wiring harness has been changed. What I want to know is can I buy the right connector to splice back onto the wire harness or can I buy a 6 panel switch that will make my emergency blinkers work and my heated seats.

The type of connector you use is pretty much irrelevant. Just use what you have or can easily get.

Yeah I’m a newbie. Whoever had the Jeep before me changed the original connector from the wiring harness. I’m just trying to get my 6 panel switch connected and working

The OEM connector is not chosen for being the best. It's chosen for being the cheapest adequate connector. So don't worry about sticking with the OEM stuff. Use whatever good quality stuff is handy, make good, clean connections, and you'll be fine.

Yes, I’d recommend trying your local auto salvage yards for a takeoff part. If you can solder and shrink wrap, it’s a simple splice into the main harness.
