Clutch Noise

So, I started hearing this rattle noise coming from the clutch somewhere. I've been doing reading and searching etc, and it sounds like it's either pilot bearing, throw-out bearing, or input shaft bearing. I've read some conflicting comments regarding which it could be. Taking short drives (15 minutes to work, etc), I don't hear it. When we go toying around in her is when it rears it's ugly head! If I push the clutch pedal slightly, it stops. I'm talking just taking up the free play in the pedal, to the point of hitting the 'resistance' of the clutch.

I've linked a video of the noise. When it stops, I'm pushing the clutch pedal with my hand to take up the 'slop' in the pedal, not much movement at all really.

Clutch Noise

Thoughts?

Thanks!
Tim
