I need a new right side CARB compliant catalytic converter for my 2012 JKU.
I thought Magnaflow was the only option for $2200. But Eastern makes one for around $1100. Sold at Rockauto.

Magnaflow makes several universal CARB compliant catalytic converters for alot cheaper.
But not one specifically made for the JKU. They are just the small section that is the catalytic converter. They look like they would fit anything.
Has anyone tried fitting one to their JKU?

Called around to muffler shops. But they want proof the Magnaflow universal cat is on the California approved list of cats.
Downloaded that doc. And searched my vehicle on the online database. But its a mess. On phone with Magnaflow now.
How much should it be to mount the new cat? I asked one place how much to put in the full Magnaflow unit that is $2200. And they wanted $500.
